For other colors or designs please telephone Bonnie Toll Free at 1-(888) 880-2666 for a 30 minute free consultation.  Consultations are by pre arranged appointments only.  During the consultation Bonnie may ask you to fax or send pictures of bouquet styles you have found in magazines along with colors and the wedding theme to get a better understanding of exactly what your wedding needs are.    You may use the shopping cart for your convenience; however we have through experience learned that all brides have individual taste and needs.  For this reason we do not offer pre-made wedding flowers.   Instead we have found that offering a toll free phone consultation gives us a much better understanding of your particular needs.  Plus it gives you the assurance that we are a legitimate company and can fulfill your order efficiently and accurately.     Because your flowers are designed especially for you per your specifications please place your order two to four months in advance of your wedding.  The more notice the better.   Payment, Shipping and Handling At the end of your free consultation we will have a better understanding of exactly what your wedding needs are.  We will then determine a total estimated quote price and call or e-mail you back.  At this time any changes you would like make to the estimate should be e-mailed to                                            bonniesfloralcre@bellsouth.net  or you may call toll free 1 (888) 880-2666 to discuss and make the changes.  Once a final price has been agreed upon an itemized quote will be sent to you for your acceptance. You will be notified once the order is completed and ready for shipment.  The contract balance is due before the items will be shipped.   Please allow 7 to 10 days delivery once final payment has been received.  We only deliver to the Continental United States. (Please note that shipping cost is determined by how fast you would like the items delivered, their destination, and by which shipping company the items will be shipped).   Items will be shipped by UPS or USPS unless other wise requested.   Please note:  All deliveries will be made according to carrier’s standard procedures.  All orders are shipped standard shipping unless otherwise requested.  Standard shipping (no signature required*) or Express shipping (signature required*)    Orders cannot be sent to PO addresses when a signature is required All items are carefully packaged so they will arrive at their destination undamaged.  Although we can not be held responsible for how the shippers handle the merchandise during transit.  Any signs of external box damage or loss should be reported to the shipping company at the time of delivery.  Should there be damages or loss during transit it is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. All deliveries are made by courier and will be left at the delivery address whether signed for or not.  We will send you an email confirming your order has been shipped.   If you do not have an email address, your phone number must be provided so that we my reach you before shipping the order. Once the order has been shipped we cannot be held responsible for delayed/lost/or damages of the order during shipment.  You will not be charged sales tax unless you are a resident of North Carolina and have a North Carolina address.   PRIVACY STATEMENT Every attempt will be made to keep your private information protected and secure.  The information is only given to employees who require it to perform their jobs We will provide individually identifiable information about our consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, or we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.  Every measure will be taken to keep your information and e-mail address information CONFIDENTIAL and will not be shared with any other party or mailing list. Availability We try our best to make every item ordered available.  However silk flowers are produced at the factories in season just like certain times of the year fresh flowers are in season.  Sometimes products are discontinued and we have no control over that.  Should an item not be available after your order has been placed, every effort will be made to notify you of the change.  We will either modify the order with other flowers, ribbons etc but only with items that have been approved by the customer.  If the item cannot be corrected or modifications made only then will a refund be credited to your account. Returns We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your order.  There are no refunds once the flowers have been custom made to meet your needs and all orders have been finalized.  . All orders are final.   Reason being, every bride wants her flowers to be especially made to meet her taste and personality.  Thus flowers you like may not be what another bride would select. Returns for refund only apply when we have made an error in your order.  Before any returns can be made it must meet our approval.  To return an item, they must be securely packed, include a copy of the invoice and a return form furnished by My Silk Wedding Flowers... Send it to the address on the invoice Attention: Return Department. Returned shipments, restocking and credit card fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received your return we will inspect the merchandise for originality and damages not incurred by My Silk Wedding Flowers. Once the merchandise has been inspected and a refund has been approved it will be processed within 7 to 14 days from the return inspection. Unless we have made an error in your order, all items returned will be refunded less shipping, applicable restocking fees and credit card processing charges.   Silk Verses Real Flowers ·               Silk flowers are everlasting. ·               They want wilt from the hot sun or freeze from the cold. ·               They want cause itchy, watery, runny eyes or nose during your ceremony due to     allergies. ·              Preserving real flowers can be expensive and they never are the same color after preservation. ·               If taken care of you will be able to reuse them to renew your wedding vows on your 25th or 50 wedding anniversary. ·               Silk wedding bouquets may be used for your portrait and your wedding day.  The will become a cherished keepsakes for many years to come.  ·               Silk arrangements used in the wedding and as table centerpieces at the reception can be used to decorate your home.
